EH (Environmental Health) & AgroVet Ltd. is a registered organization under the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms of the Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh, which has been established in the year 1997 by a private initiative. The company is a comprehensive firm combining business of Agriculture inputs, Industrial Chemicals and Export of traditional and nontraditional items with the vision to meet up the increasing challenges and opportunities in the new millennium.
The service offered by EH & AgroVet Ltd. is of international standard & managed by professionals 100% committed to meeting the challenges of future.
The country’s Population is 140Million. Agrarian economy, contribute about 46% on GDP&
employs 62% of work force. Jute, Vegetables & Rice main Cash Crop.
Major industry: Jute processing, Textile, Garments & Pharmaceutical.

Mr. M.N.Haq Board Chairman & Managing Director is a post graduate in Chemistry.
He has work experience of about 25 years in different Multinational companies of German & France origin like – Hoechst, AgrEvo and lately with Aventis Crop Science Bangladesh Ltd. as Sales Director prior joining the Company in 2003.
Mr. Haq & the employees are keen to cooperate with friends from the country and abroad for common development.

Factory ------>Warehouse--->District distribution--->Dealers
In brief:
Company distribute product according to allocation wise to company own Depo. From Depo sales persons disburse product to district distributions.
From distribution place distribution distribute products to different dealer through company provide TDF (Temporary Distribution Force). From distribution end to dealer points all the distribution expenses bear by company.
Distribution Strength:
Company have 3 own Covered Van for distribute products from factory end to Depo’s. also depo to distributions warehouse from distribution end to dealer end products delivered by third party vehicle support service.
Distribution Coverage:
Presently we have 4 regional depo around the country. And 42 district distributions, 372 dealers, 54TDF’s, 4 Zonal Sales Manager and 10 Sales Officers. One headquarters one distribution Manager, 4 delivery person, 4 drivers & 1 depo in charge.
By utilizing above assets presently we are serving Gazaria, Daudkandi, Comilla, Chandpur, Fani, Noakhali, Choddogram, Sitakundo, Satkania, Rangamati, Khagrachori, Bandarban, B.Baria, Companigonj, Hobiganj, Narshingdi, some parts of Shylet. On the other hand Savar, Dhamrai, Manikganj, Faridpur, Madaripur, Mymenshing, Jamalpur & Rongpur.
Another wings of coverage area are Jossere, Bogra, Jaypurhat, Natore, Pabna, Ishordi, Meherpur & Kustia.
Then Rajshahi regions are Puthia, Banewsor, Bagha, and other rulal parts of Rajshahi and entire Chapinowabgonj.
